PRINT ONLY INFORMATION
A Print Only is just the printed photograph, without any type of framing. The print will be shipped to you rolled in a tube and can then be framed by your local framer.
Your print will be printed on the stunning Fujiflex Crystal Archive Printing Material. This is a special printing material of museum grade quality, that is designed to last a long time without yellowing or fading like regular papers would. It is exceptionally smooth and glossy. All prints on display in the Gallery have been printed onto this material.
You will be truly amazed at the sheer beauty of your print when you first lay eyes on it!
All of our prints are available as Print Only and you can select this option during checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide and a further 10% GST will be subtracted if your print is to be shipped outside Australia.
Shipping is FREE, anywhere in the world.
If you live overseas you do not have to pay Australian GST on your purchase. 10% GST will be subtracted automatically after you have entered an overseas shipping address.
Typically your print will be printed within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your payment. It will be shipped to you via courier and how long this takes will depend on where you live in the world. If you live in a fairly remote area, shipping could take up to 2 weeks.
Unfortunately it is difficult to guarantee a certain delivery date, as this is dependent upon a few factors that are beyond our control. If you have an urgent request please let us know as soon as possible. We always endeavour to prioritise urgent requests and are usually succesful in doing so.
It is very important that you do not open the tube and touch your print when it arrives. Your print will be printed on the finest quality printing material. It can be very easily damaged through creasing and finger prints if you handle it incorrectly. Exposure to dust in your home will make it difficult for your framer to clean and frame your print. We STRONGLY suggest that you do not unpack your print upon its arrival, but take it to a professional framer who is experienced in dealing with such materials and can handle your print in a dust free environment so it does not get damaged.
If you wish to construct your own frame, please have your print professionally mounted to avoid damage.
We ask that you carefully inspect the outer packing tube on arrival and let us know immediately if there is any visible damage to the tube. It is your responsibility to store the print safely in a cool, dry environment and to ensure no pressure is applied to the tube. You will need to contact us within one week if you see any damage to the outside of the tube. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
If you intend to give a Print Only as a gift to someone, please make sure to pass this information on to the receiver of the print, so it isn’t opened and damaged on arrival.
If you want to show the receiver what the print looks like, we can supply a small version of the print attached to the outside of the tube for viewing purposes. Please send us an email if you wish to discuss this as we are always happy to help.

- Turnaround time for a Print Only is short (max 2 weeks) compared to producing a Framed Print (min 6 weeks).
You will need to take your print to your local framer. There can be large variations in prices between framers so it is worthwhile getting quotes. Different framers may also use different quality materials, which is important to discuss.
An important aspect of framing is mounting your print. This is where your print gets glued onto a surface, prior to building a frame around it. Mounting can be tricky and the framer only has one chance to get it right. Not all framers will be comfortable mounting large sized prints as this can be difficult.
Different types of materials can be used to mount a print and it is wise to invest some money in a good quality material as this will affect the longevity and appearance of your Framed Print. Some materials are more affected by humidity than others and some produce a more smooth result than others. Ask your framer about the different options they can provide. We usually mount our larger prints onto Aluminium or Dibond as this gives a completely smooth finish and is less affected by humidity over time.
We are here to assist with any enquiries regarding framing of your print. Please contact us if you have any questions.
It is very important that you do not open and touch your print when it arrives, as explained above. It will be shipped to you in pristine condition and we are unable to replace prints damaged by customers. Please inspect the outside of the packing tube when your print arrives and let us know immediately if there is any visible damage to the outside of the tube (even if you do not plan on taking your print to a framer yet). We will not replace your print based on tube damage if you have not notified us of visible damage within one week of arrival.
We are only able to respond to damage claims directly from professional framers, so we can confirm the nature of the claim and whether the print has been handled incorrectly, is the result of a printing error, or has been damaged in transit. Your framer will need to provide us with a statement detailing the condition he/she received the print and packaging in. Any claims must be made within 3 months of receiving your print.
It is our responsibilty to get your print to you in pristine condition. If your print has been damaged in transit, or if a printing error has occured we will generally replace your print with a new one. However, your framer must be able to confirm this with us directly and it must be clear that you have not opened and damaged your print yourself.
It is possible that your framer damages your print. If this occurs, please ask your framer to contact us directly to negotiate a replacement price.
We want you to enjoy your print for many generations, so please take this advice to heart to avoid disappointment.
Please store your print in a cool, dry environment whilst it is still in the shipping tube. It is your responsibility to safely store the tube ensuring no pressure is applied to the outside of the tube.
Most of our prints are Limited Edition Prints. This means we will only sell the image a limited number of times. An image in an Edition of 95, for example, will only ever be sold 95 times worldwide, regardless of the size. Each print that is sold, will be signed and numbered and accompanied by a Certificate Of Authenticity, stating the number you own in the edition. As the edition sells, the scarcity of the image increases and the price therefore increases as well over time.
If you would like to secure a number in the Limited Edition at the current price, you can do so by paying a $50 deposit on the Print Only price. Your name and your edition number will then be recorded against the image in the Limited Edition Register and this number can not be sold to any other customer. The balance must be paid within 6 months. Your print will be produced when you have completed full payment.
Please contact us today if you wish to secure your number in a Limited Edition.
